Changing Jobs

Companies have to be very careful in their employees' retention, because it is expensive for companies to train people especially for highly-skilled positions, and then lose them.  The most important resource of a company is its staff.  Companies have to work hard and give employees what they expect to receive when they start working. Employers should use benefits, incentives and perks and create a friendly working environment.  Motivation is also a very important factor in employees' retention.
